At Kai Collective, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our portal.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 5 business days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
